Leesa Vain is a Professional Dancer and also a Fully Qualified Fitness, Aerobics, Zumba and Personal Trainer.

Our timetable includes Zumba classes which are suitable for beginners or experienced exercisers. The sessions are aimed to help improve your fitness, body tone, self esteem and confidence.

Zumba is a Latin inspired easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness - party.

If you are looking to loose weight and body fat, along with a calorie controlled diet we will certainly help you reach your goals.

NEW to our timetable is BOOGIE BOUNCE EXTREME! a 45 min fitness class on a mini trampoline.  We have 6 classes to choose from - bookings only
